About Bran
Bran Malloch
Clinical Hypnotherapist
A note from me
I discovered hypnotherapy after looking to treat my own long-term mental health condition. I had tried everything, and none made improvements.
Once I saw the quick and effective way solution-focused hypnotherapy gave me control over my life, I knew it was something I wanted to train in so that I could pay it forward.
I have experience in the public services, dealing with people in mental health crisis. I have always wanted to help people get by, and I am motivated by hearing people's success stories; to be able to help people to achieve theirs is a privilege and a job I take seriously.
I believe people succeed when they accept where they are now, not ignoring the problem, but using what it teaches us to move forward and make long lasting and meaningful change. This is why solution focused work makes a difference; change comes naturally when we shift our mindset to actively seek it out.
I am really passionate about neuroscience, and learning how our brains work has been so important to my personal journey. Being able to help others understand their mind is the best part of my job.
I want to bring a chilled, personable approach to our sessions. Laid back and inviting sessions are the ones which give you space to work on you.
