Standard Sessions

After the initial consultation, sessions will be guided by you, and last up to 75 minutes. These can be in person or online. Solution-focused hypnotherapy sessions will consist of a mix of talking therapy, and trance work

FAQs

When are sessions available?

All day on Saturdays, Wednesday evenings and Friday Mornings

How many sessions will I need?

Each client is different, this is why I offer a free initial consultation so I can assess the length of therapy and come up with a plan with you

Can I Bring Someone with me?

I acknowledge for some people therapy is a massive step, and some people struggle to get about without carers. Only with the clients consent can someone attend therapy with them

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Just bring you. Comfy clothes is also helpful, but wear what you feel works for you

Will I lose control?

No! You are completely in control the whole time, being in trance is like a being in a really deep meditation!

Do you work with children?

I currently do not work with children, and you will need to be 16+. Once I complete a CPD course in working with children, I will look forward to being able to practice with those under 16
