Solution-focused hypnotherapy is a gentle yet powerful therapy, that gets you back in control using a combination of talking therapy, neuroscience backed theory, and relaxing hypnosis.
Whether you have tried everything, or this is your first time asking for help, the holistic nature of hypnotherapy means that you'll enjoy sessions that are tailored to you and create fast, meaningful change which lasts.
My sessions are inclusive, and I am experienced in dealing with LGBTQIA+ clients, as well as people who are neurodiverse.
In Person
1-to-1 In person sessions allow you a private space where we can talk in confidence. Sessions run out of the Dragonfly Wellbeing Centre in Plymouth
I also do home visits upon request.
Online
Online therapy allows you to do therapy from the comfort of your own home, and some find it easier to fit into their daily routine. Hypnotherapy works just as well online as it does in person!
Group Sessions
I am designing group anxiety-busting hypnotherapy sessions to take place weekly. This is in an effort to make hypnotherapy accessible and affordable! These will begin in January 2026. Express your interest to be the first to know when they are to go ahead.

I work with a variety of mental health conditions. Commonly anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD and bipolar.

Hypnotherapy is great for sleep disorders, sleep hygiene, nightmares, bed wetting, quality of sleep and more

Phobias
I can help with both specific and complex phobias. Hypnotherapy can make triggers into things of the past!

Smoking/Vaping
One-off stop smoking/vaping sessions can give you the extra hand you need to kick the habit for good!

Performance
Sports, performing arts, work, art. Hypnotherapy can be used to change your mindset and boost your performance!

About the Therapist
About Bran
After seeing a hypnotherapist to treat my own mental health illness, I started my journey to become a clinical hypnotherapist!
Since being treated, I have enjoyed getting out more with my dog, exploring the world and learning. My practice reflects me; I am laid-back, non-judgmental and passionate about our brains and how they work.
For me, the key to the therapy working is understanding the ins and outs of how our brains function, and how behaviors, patterns and disorders form. I work with neuroscience and up-to-date research into my sessions with the goal of finding solutions that work for you.
I am particularly keen on the power of nature to heal.
